Starting therapy can be a big step, which can feel daunting and unfamiliar. I offer a safe, supportive, confidential and non-judgemental space for you to explore challenges and difficulties that you might be facing.
I offer long-term open-ended therapy, as well as short-term, time limited therapy for individuals and couples (depending on your need) . I am based in North London & Online, am fully insured and DBS checked.
Together, we will work through whatever is bothering you and find a comfortable way for you to move forward.
Sometimes people can experience feelings, situations or events that are unfamiliar and hard to make sense of.
Psychodynamic psychotherapy & counselling helps you gain a better understanding of yourself and how past experiences may be affecting your present thoughts, feelings, experiences and relationships. It has the objective of providing emotional growth and long-term relief. Psychodynamic psychotherapy also aims to give you the ability to manage future difficulties independently and successfully, creating long-lasting & meaningful change.
I work with adults (including young adults) and offer support across a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges. My areas of specialism include: anxiety, obsessive-compulsive behaviours (OCD), depression, low self-esteem, low confidence and ADHD related difficulties.
I also have experience supporting individuals with addiction, abuse, bereavement and loss, relationship and family issues, including couples counselling, eating disorders, health-related concerns, work-related stress, trauma, self-harm, sexual identity issues, women’s issues and general stress or emotional overwhelm.
